To back our world class service, we include our Satisfaction Guarantee with your new complete home comfort system. During the first year of operation, we want you to be satisfied with your new equipment and installation. If you are not satisfied with the work that you have paid for or the operation of your new system, we will put forth every effort possible during the first year of operation to correct the situation to your satisfaction. If after review we can not correct the problem we will determine to replace your system free of charge or remove the equipment with a 100% refund of your purchase price. It's that simple.

     If another reputable company commits in writing to do these things and provides a complete written estimate lower than ours for the same equipment and warranties, All Star Heating & Cooling will match the price and give you $100. No questions asked. Estimates must be received within 30 days from date of installation.

"No Lemon" Guarantee
            Should your cooling system compressor fail more than one time within the first five years, we will replace your entire air conditioner or heat pump - FREE!  If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first 10 years, we will replace your entire furnace - FREE!
